Appointment Policy
To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.
Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets. This is one of the reasons we ask you to restrain your pet. We require that animals be placed on a leash or in pet carriers before entering the waiting room. If you have forgotten your leash, please ask and we will be happy to provide you with one.
Cancellations
In order to best serve our patients, we would appreciate you contact as soon as you become aware that you need to cancel an appointment.
Payment Policy
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered for small animals and equines. If an animal is hospitalized for over a day we require a deposit which amounts to 50% of the estimated costs of treatment. We will always provide you with an estimate before a procedure or treatment is performed so that you will not have any surprise charges. For your convenience, we accept checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards.
